- Work with our digital design team on the video wall experience you envision. We’ll curate the content design for your multi-screen canvas for you. You’ll receive a finished design that meets your vision via a cost-effective subscription that you can easily maintain.
- Royalty-Free Art Graphics & Videos
- We intake your art preferences and recommend 12 royalty-free artwork choices that fit your preferences. Plus, we’ll transform 1 image or video from your branded collection to fit your display. Our designers are trained in selecting artwork that fits the size, shape, resolution and content on your display. You also have access to our library of slideshow content.
- Enterprise Software Package & Platform
- Unlike custom-built video wall solutions, we deliver your video wall content on TouchSource Spark PX™, our next-generation platform for place-based communications. Our platform equips users with intuitive tools for managing content once we’ve delivered your design. With the Immerse package, you have access to every feature of the platform. Work with our designers for annual design refresh.
- Video Wall Experience Platform
- We provide content streaming adapters, cabling and configuration as part of your service. Our team designs display hardware settings, content resolution, screen size fitment, panel configuration and streaming bandwidth requirements to deliver the curated design you have chosen. We test your content on your hardware to calibrate system setting.
- Proactive Uptime Monitoring
- We combine people, process, and technology to anticipate, prevent, and respond to issues through active systems monitoring before issues affect your facility. Includes rapid solutions testing and client notification within four hours of a proactively identified issue.
- Video Wall Maintenance & Diagnostics
- Login and update your content, artwork and schedule anytime. While under warranty, a certified A/V technician is available for remote and onsite problem diagnostics. They’ll validate hardware issues and enable TouchSource Support to launch solutions resolution. If you’ve chosen a content-only design experience, we’ll support your software experience with unlimited remote support.
